Q: Are you a Manufacturer or a Trading Company?

A: We are a Factory based trading company. We manufacture most of the products ourself, and buy some products we don’t have under our customers’ requests.

Q: May I buy Samples from you?

A: Yes, Samples are Available.

Q: What Payment Method do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, etc..

Q: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products? Or Can I have my own designs?

A: Yes, of course. OEM service is one of the most important parts of our trade purpose. 

Q: What’s your lead time for samples and for mass production?
A: For samples: within 3 days.
  For mass production: 7-20 days depends on designs and quantities.

Q: How will you deliver my goods to me?
A: Small order will be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS door to door .
   For big bulk orders , it is via Air Cargo and Sea Cargo or according to clients' request .

Q: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?   

A: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express.  

Q: What is your Warranty?

A: All the products will have 15 Months Warranty.
